Manish has garnered years of experience in the legal profession and currently heads the dispute resolution and litigation teams at the firm. His specializes in matters relating to arbitrations, mediation, real estate, business management, succession, entertainment, hospitality, e-commerce, and financial services, amongst other civil and commercial matters. Over the years, Manish has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Bombay, and various Tribunals on behalf of our Indian and international clients. Since 2008, he has also assisted in the drafting of the book Law & Practice of Conveyancing, Deeds and Documents, along with its subsequent editions
